Contribution to the Improvement of Pedagogical Practice: Educational Methods in Additional and Intensive Educational Work

Abstract


This paper discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of educational methods in the context of implementing additional and intensive educational procedures in schools. The main focus is on the normative changes introduced by the regulations on house rules in elementary and secondary schools of the Tuzla Canton from 2023, which formalized the differentiation of educational treatment towards students. The paper uses the methods of theoretical analysis of pedagogical literature and analysis of relevant normative documents, with the aim of considering the pedagogical implications of the application of various educational methods and tools within the framework of additional and intensive educational procedures. The results of the analysis indicate that the differentiation of educational work enables more effective educational work, clearer structuring of educational activities, greater individualization and pedagogical foundation of educational activities. Also, the importance of developing partnership and collaborative educational activities of family, school and other factors from the social environment is emphasized. A particularly important result is the introduction of unique pedagogical records, which contributes to the systematicity, transparency and professionalization of educational work in schools. In the end, the differentiation of educational work into additional and intensive educational procedures can be considered a pedagogically justified and methodologically sustainable concept of educational work in school, especially through additional efforts in training pedagogically competent teachers and parents.
